One more recall alert for the week.
Battat Inc. recalls magnetic construction sets due to ingestion hazards. Magnets inside the building sets can fall off and cause aspiration. Worse, if magnets are swallowed, they can attract each other and cause intestinal perforations or blockages, which can be fatal.
