Rising Disney star Selena Gomez asked her dad for a ring… a “promise ring” to be exact. And with that ring, she makes a public statement of abstaining from sex before marriage.
Wow, that coming from a 15-year old who has to live in the middle of a sex-crazed Hollywood. Admirable!
Her dad was only too happy to give her that ring, so much that he had it blessed in church. Adds Selena, “I’m going to keep my promise to myself, to my family and to God.”
Amen to that.
