Kids Health Book give-away: Fairy Chronicles series
Let me tell you a side story. The Fairy Chronicles series were one of the first books I reviewed this month. I sat down to read one and eagerly jumped to the second. I was halfway through the second book when I realized I have to give them away. And I almost just wanted to keep all seven books to myself!
That’s how captivated I was with the Fairy Chronicles books, written by J.H. Sweet. The adventures take place in the real world, but introduces us to fairies, brownies and goblins who live all around us. Each book tells of an ordinary girl who discovers magical fairy power. She gets to know other 9-year olds who are secretly fairies themselves, and they go on adventures to protect nature and do good. J.H. Sweet provides enough details to whet the imagination and inject humor. Young girls will totally relate to the main characters. Visit the Fairy Chronicles Website and check out the cool online games and activities for young girls.
I have a set of seven books of The Fairy Chronicles to give away, to ONE (1) very happy winner!
How to join? Easy.
- In the comments, share what book your child is currently reading right now.
- Additional entry will be given to those who link this contest post on their site! You need to include your post URL.
- Eligibility - one entry per person per email daily (so you get more entries if you come back tomorrow, but I need different books each time).
- It’s open to residents of the 48 contiguous US states only. If you have a blog, do post your URL as well, as I love to visit my readers’ sites and catch a conversation.
Contest ends 12:00 midnight EST on May 23, 2008 (Friday). One winner will be randomly chosen and announced via blog and email the week after. If the winner does not reply within 3 days, he/she forfeits her winnings and an alternate winner will be chosen.
UPDATE: This contest is now closed. A winner has been chosen.

Isn’t this so fantastic the true value of the Fairy from the “tooth” to the Tinkerbell who flies from the castle in Magic Kingdom. Please keep our beliefs alive and hopes and dreams. Would love to share these with the five year old grandtwins who keep our spirits rising. Many Thanks SW

My daughter likes Junie B Jones and Fancy Nancy books. We have read one of these Fairy Chronicle books and love it. The entire series would be terrific to own.
