GASP!!!!
If you thought Michael Jackson’s stunt of placing his son over the balcony was bizarre, well now, think again.
Devotees of a Muslim shrine in India have been doing this religious ritual to bless the child with good health.

Now this may well be a religious ritual, but it doesn’t mean it should be practiced, especially when a child’s life may be endangered by it. What do you think?

i think this is absolutely horrible! this does not bring good luck, i know this is what they believe, but they are putting these babies lives at risk. they arent even old enough to walk, what if they end up breaking a leg or arm from falling the wrong way? snapping there neck? they could die right on the spot. this is so wrong, and it needs to stop, these people dont know what they’re doing to these poor little babies.

exactly my thoughts Sara.. It is weird how they think this is good omen. I mean I guess, if the baby survives this then yeah! it’s like one of those ancient rituals of leaving a child out in the forest and if the wolves don’t get to him by daybreak then he is considered to be a ‘man’.
