Welcoming spring and Earth Day
Spring is the perfect season to remind us how precious the earth is.
The weather is just cool enough and rain comes to refresh the earth. The sky is bluer. Birds sing all day long and the squirrels are hard at work. The trees are budding with new life, and it won’t be long before the leaves cover what were once just bare branches. Signs of new life are everywhere.

Every year, Earth Day is celebrated around springtime. This year it will be on April 22. but this year I want to do more than just celebrate it for a day. It’s a cliché but really, we need to celebrate earth day every day. After all, it’s the only home we’ll ever know.
So for the whole month of April, I will focus on the EARTH, and what we can do to take better care of it. After all, the future of our children’s health depend on what we do with it today.
